"This was the best shopping experience I have ever had dealing with a salesperson of any kind. The buying process was nothing like what I have dealt with in the past, whether motorcycle or automobile. I had done plenty of research and knew what the motorcycle should cost, including taxes, REASONABLE doc and prep fees. Before visiting Rizzon Cycle I had just left Metuchen Kawasaki and spent an hour playing the sales game with rep that would not budge on a ridiculous offer ($600 more than Rizzon Cycle) and stating they had the only Ninja 300 ABS in the state (not true as Rizzon had 10 in stock). Rick gave me a flat out fair price, moments after I walked in the door. No negotiating was necessary. I said yes and we started the paperwork. He treated me like friend throughout the whole experience and that is never seen anywhere, at least not genuinely. He gave me a great deal on gear, matched and discounted any competitior I had previously researched.
His wife Linda was just as amazing, very thorough in explaining the paperwork. She even saved me almost $500 a year on insurance, I had already purchased with progressive (which I thought was the lowest). I'm still shocked how I went from $735 to $285. This ensured she really cared about all the details of the experience, not just the sale of the motorcycle. I can't thank them enough, i have spread the word about my experience among friends, family, and co workers and will definitely go back for service and any parts or accessories. This dealer should be commended for their outstanding customer service and ease of buying experience.

"This is what a motorcycle dealership ought to be - low-key and personable. I walked in with a friend, ended up buying a V-Strom and walked out with new friends.
